Will I need to buy expensive equipment?
Not at all. The beauty of Face Massage is that many techniques and massages don’t cost a penny. You don’t need a lot of money to carve our meditative moments for yourself, and when there is equipment that can help you, I’ll always suggest good value options.
Will this take up a lot of my time?
This book is designed for busy lives and realistic routines! This book contains routines anywhere from 3 minutes to 20. A few minutes every day is better than 10 minutes every week, so try to implement small changes consistently.
